Refund policy
We want you to adore your Harbour items.
However, if you are not satisfied with your items please send an email to contact@shopharbourclothing.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request is approved we will send you a Return Label.
In order for the return to be approved it must meet these requirements:
- Items must be in good condition.
- Items have not been worn, washed, soiled or altered in any way.
- Received within 10 days of Return Label being issued.
We reserve the right to deny credit for any merchandise that does not meet our policy requirements.
Once your returned is received and inspected we will send you an email confirming that item has been received and you will receive store credit for the original purchase amount.
All sale items and Monogrammed items are FINAL SALE.
